Programs

What are some programs that we will be offering you ask?

Well let me tell you, besides having you guys play a key role in making things in the festival the way you want, we  will be having tours; conducted by the very people that are new to Yeosu!  As you may know, we are going to give you a tour around Yeosu during the camp, then, when the festival is going, we will have the chance for you to show around other international visitors, and even Koreans that have travelled from other parts of the peninsula!  But don't worry you will be partnered up with an English speaking Korean buddy that will be there to do it with...

Some of the eco-friendly things that we will have on offer at the camp are things like; making musical instruments from recycled materials, naturally made soap that is environmentally friends, traditional Korea knitting, and cooking foods from different countries, which you will be able to then teach or do with participants in the youth festival just a few days later...

Events will be held around different parts of Yeosu, including  Odongdo Island, Ocean Park, and Turtle Park so that the festive spirit can be spread all around the city...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After slaving over the computer all weekend trying hard to translate all of the documents so that I can give everyone a better idea of what we will be doing, based on past festivals, and then realising my Korean translation skills weren't so good (thanks Minseon) I have more information to share.....
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Representatives from each team will build a blog based on MUST-SEE spots around Yeosu, using User created content, we will be able to show what YOU like about Yeosu....

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For you clowns, we will use the camp time to practice our juggling, miming, and balloon making skills so that we can show them off during the festival, and maybe even teach some of visitors how to do them.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As you may know we are going to have a global best dresser competition as well as the opportunity for both you, and visitors to the festival to try them on.(If you wish to bring your country's traditional costume, please contact us, as we may be able to offer pay for some of these things :) )
