This is the new, updated version of the schedule, remember there are many, many more things to do, you can see what there is to be done in programs.


JULY 19 (Monday): MEETING DAY After meeting at Seoul (Incheon) International Airport throughout this day we will travel to our accommodation located in Gimpo, the name of the accommodation is called "Dreamtel Youth Hostel" this hostel has rooms, a banquet hall, restaurants, a coffee shop, an indoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. This will be a great chance for our participants to get to know each other more, and shake of the jet lag for those of you whom have travelled from afar... If you will be arriving in Seoul earlier you can make your way to the accommodation by yourself, there are direction on the website, and it is fairly close to the subway station, please arrive by around 6-7.


July 20 (Tuesday) TRAVEL 
07:00-08:30, We will start the day off with breakfast and get ready for the day.
08:30-13:00, Once we pack our stuff on our buses we will do a tour of Seoul, our groups will be split up and we will do such things as go up Mount Bugak, visit the "Blue House"-the presidents house, Changdeok Palace, and have the opportunity to try on traditional Korean hanbok and visit a traditional Korean hanok(house).
13:00-14:00, We will have lunch.
14:00-20:00, Travel to Yeosu.
20:00-21:00, We will eat dinner
21:00-~~~~~, We will settle into our accommodation, rest, and go to sleep.


July 21 (Wednesday)CAMP 
07:00-08:30, We will start the day off with breakfast and get ready for the day.
08:30-09:00, We will attend a workshop and team meeting.
09:00-12:00, We will have our welcoming ceremony, festival orientation and team building.
12:00-13:00, We will have lunch for an hour.
13:00-18:00, Let's go off on a sea tour of Yeosu.
18:00-20:00, We will have a welcoming part for a few hours which will include dinner.
20:00-22:00, We will watch a Korean movie with English subtitles. 
22:00-~~~~~, Rest time or bed time.


July 22 (Thursday) CAMP 






07:00-08:30, We will start the day off with breakfast and get ready for the day.
08:30-09:00, We will attend a workshop and team meeting.
09:00-12:00, traditional Korean (or if you have prearranged with us your native country's dress) dance practice for the opening ceremony, and possibly fashion show.
12:00-13:00, We will have lunch for an hour.
13:00-15:00, A special guest will come and give their take on understanding Korea.
15:00-18:00, Learn how to make and then eat some traditional Korean food.
18:00-19:00, Dinner
19:00-21:00, Learn a bit more about Yeosu and the future, including topics about the environment and a green future. 
21:00-23:00, Practice for the festival that begins the next day(9-11pm) we can then go to sleep.
23:00-~~~~~, Rest and sleep.


July 23 (Friday) FESTIVAL There are many activities that will be happening, but the ones that will be most related to us are the following:
Korean Culture,       10:00-19:00, Tug-of-War, celadon making, and Korean paper (hanji) making.
Water Sports,         10:00-17:00, Beach pool, rafting, beach fishing.
Youth Olympics,      10:00-17:00, Street basketball, foot volleyball, dodgeball, Ojami game.
Fringe Concert,       10:00-16:00, Club and youth band concert.
Postcard,                10:00-21:00, making and sending postcards.
Opening Ceremony, 20:00-21:30, Special guest singers, youth concert, opening ceremony.



July 24 (Saturday) FESTIVAL 
Korean Culture,         10:00-19:00, Tug-of-War, celadon making, and Korean paper (hanji) making.
Water Sports,           10:00-17:00, Beach pool, rafting, beach fishing.







Youth Olympics,        10:00-17:00, Street basketball, foot volleyball, dodgeball, Ojami game.
Fringe Concert,         10:00-16:00, Club and youth band concert.
Taekwondo/taekyon, 12:00-21:00, Chosun University, Taekwondo Academy, Taekyon, performances, learning.
International Cafe,    10:00-21:00, Our youth will be running an international youth cafe.







July 25 (Sunday) FESTIVAL 
Korean Culture,         10:00-19:00, Tug-of-War, celadon making, and Korean paper (hanji) making.
Fringe Concert,         10:00-16:00, Club and youth band concert.




Dance sports comp,   09:00-17:00, National amateur dance sports competition.
Dansong Comp,         14:00-19:00, Dance and Music competition.
Closing,                    19:00-19:30, Awards, performance, closing ceremony.



July 26 (Monday) TRAVEL We will have a leaving ceremony in the morning before going back to Seoul (or other cities if the participants wish to make their own arrangements.  Near to Yeosu are some famous national parks, the second largest city in South Korea, Busan, and many more places to go and things to see.
